Difference between sushi train restaurants in Australia and Japan
The concept of a sushi train is not exclusive to just Japan. There are tons of sushi trains in Australia, especially in Sydney and Melbourne. However, there are some major differences between the two. For example, the most significant difference is the way that customers get on the train in each country. In Japan, customers will line up at the station and wait for their turn to board the train while in Australia, they will purchase tickets before riding on the train. Additionally, Japanese trains offer different stations where people can have food if they don’t want to go home yet. So instead of just serving 10 people at each stop, it serves 20 or 30 people at most stations.
